Order Processing:

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Standard Shipping (UK): 3-5 business days.

• Express Shipping (UK): 1-2 business days.

• International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Specialized Handling (Sim Rigs & Seats):

• Due to the size and weight of simulator cockpits and bucket seats, these items may be shipped via specialized freight partners.

• Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order has dispatched.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

• CollinghamCo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact us immediately at collinghamcoltd@gmail.com if your order arrives damaged.
